The model 940403 is an T-FLEX based module rack which accepts one or two AC, DC or analog input or output modules. Both I/O terminals and network/power connections are made with a Phoenix contact type four position connector. LED's on each digital module show the logic level status of each I/O point. Analog modules are available from Grayhill for RTD and thermocouple inputs, as well as current and voltage inputs and output.

The on-board processor is a 68HC11D0 (except LONWorks, which has a 3150) with 48K Flash and 8K RAM. The MOS^tm operating system allows user applications to be downloaded in-circuit via an RS-232 serial port. The LONWorks version can be downloaded over the LON.

The unit is supplied in a rugged ABS 94-VO DIN shell with a snap-on top. The LONWorks network variables consist of SNVT's. There are individual SNVT's of type lev_disc for use with digital modules, and SNVT's of type_count for use with analog modules. Source code is included. Modules are available from Grayhill and Opto-22 in many flavors including AC and DC inputs and outputs, thermocouple and RTD inputs, and voltage/current I/O.
