The ability to program 3120 chips as the need arises, is the characteristic of the Microsmith T-Node programmer. It is designed to allow easy uploading of programs and/or communication parameters to the 3120 chip.The user supplies the neuron chip and must have a LonBuilder or NodeBuilder. The unit is a compact 3" x 3" printed circuit board with the requisite service switch and LED indicator for network use. The Neuron's I/O pins are available at an 18 pin header.Board power and signals are applied through a Phoenixtm 4-pin, screw connector. In addition, the unit incorporates an Echelon Transceiver module to ensure network compatibility. |
